We thought Firefly was the only space western we needed. But then The Mandalorian came along and we made time for it. And just in time too. When the Skywalker Saga ended, It meant more room for different Star Wars stories. Jango and Boba Fett were always intriguing legends, but we never got to know them and their people as well as the Jedi, the Empire and the Sith. While Star Wars films explored a space-setting but as a fantasy genre, The Mandalorian lets us experience Star Wars in a Wild West genre. The gunslinging bounty hunter entering an off-world saloon as if he’s Clint Eastwood with a booster pack. But the best thing about the show? It showed us what a Baby Yoda might look like. And he’s adorable. At Lost Universe, we have put together an enviable list of The Mandaloran merchandise, and Baby Yoda merch too. Like helmet t-shirts, mugs, figurines, and plenty of other irresistible gifts.
