Lost Universe Club Terms & Conditions

The Lost Universe Club is a free membership programme. Members of The Club can enjoy early access to new products & pre-orders, extra discounts on brands, collections & products, exclusive product bundles and member-only giveaways & prizes. Members can also take advantage of a host of 3rd party partner rewards exclusive to Club members.

 

GENERAL CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • To enjoy the benefits of the Club, customers must first create an account. To create an account please click here.
  • By creating an account, you accept our Club Terms & Conditions in full, including any subsequent updates
  • By registering and taking part in our membership programme you are taken to have read and agreed to these terms.
  • Rewards available through the Club membership programme have no cash value. Both rewards and offers are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards, offers or any other programme benefits.
  • The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards or offers available through the Club membership programme, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.
  • Rewards and offers cannot be exchanged or returned for a different reward, offer, product or a monetary refund.
  • Neither Club accounts nor Club programme rewards or offers may be shared or combined. The act of sharing reward or offer codes will result in the immediate termination of a members Club account.
  • We reserve the right to change the Club programme rewards and offers, how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other programme activity.  We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the programme and/or for any given number or types of rewards or offers you may receive or earn in any given time or for the duration of the programme, and/or any combination thereof. 
  • Rewards and offers are subject to availability, substitution, or cancellation. At any time and without prior notice we may change the available rewards and/or offers by withdrawing, limiting, modifying or cancelling the continued availability of a reward/offer.

 

3rd PARTY REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Each reward in the Club reward section can be redeemed once per customer only.
  • You can view the available rewards at any time in the rewards section of your Club account. Different awards may be available for different users subject to their location, orders or other circumstances.
  • You can only claim rewards that are currently available and listed in the rewards section of your Club account at the time. Rewards are subject to availability, substitution, or cancellation. At any time and without prior notice we may change the available rewards by withdrawing, limiting, modifying or cancelling the continued availability of a reward.
  • In addition to these terms and conditions, rewards may be subject to some special additional terms. These terms may be imposed on us by a third party rewards provider.  Our responsibility in connection to rewards providers is limited, and explained in the ‘Reward Responsibility’ clause below.
  • Neither Club accounts nor Club programme rewards or offers may be shared or combined. The act of sharing reward or offer codes will result in the immediate termination of a members Club account.

Except with our clear consent, after you have placed your request for a reward you cannot:

  1. Return the reward or receive refund/credit in its place.
  2. Exchange the reward or receive any consideration—including for cash.
  3. Replace the reward for the same, or another reward if your reward is lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed after it is delivered to you. This applies to all reward types including gift cards and vouchers.

Physical rewards will only be delivered to addresses within the UK and within our delivery areas. Physical rewards will not be delivered to PO Box addresses.

Note that if someone other than yourself claims a reward on your behalf then these terms and conditions will apply as if you had claimed the reward.

 

3rd PARTY REWARD RESPONSIBILITY

We give no verbal, written or implied warranty about any Rewards provided under our Club programme. In addition, we do not represent that any particular reward is suitable for a particular purpose for which you intend to use it.

 

A reward may come with a warranty from the supplier or manufacturer of the reward, therefore any claim in respect of that reward should be made directly to the supplier or manufacturer.

 

Our liability is limited to the extent it's permitted by consumer law. We do not accept any liability for:

 

  1. the loss, theft or destruction of a reward;
  2. loss arising from the death, injury or consequential loss arising from the supply of a Reward; or
  3. any disruption to rewards, delay or inability to provide a reward caused by circumstances beyond our control like industrial disputes or force majeure.

 

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the description of offers in connection with rewards and rewards provider terms are correct. However, we are necessarily reliant on the information provided by rewards providers being accurate and for this reason we are not responsible for any inaccuracy in the description of a reward or any terms applicable to the reward.

 

CLUB OFFERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Discounts cannot be stacked. Only one discount can be used per order.
  • Members can only redeem one discount offer per order.
  • Offers and rewards are available while supplies last and substitutions may be made by us at our sole discretion.
  • If your online order is not completed for any reason, any offers or rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available.
  • You are not required to redeem your offers.
  • We are unable to reship offer products if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order. In the event an offer arrives damaged, you received an incorrect product, or something is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service.
  • Neither Club accounts nor Club programme rewards or offers may be shared or combined. The act of sharing reward or offer codes will result in the immediate termination of a members Club account.
  • The offer products available through the Club programme and any samples that we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any offer products to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these terms.
  • To be eligible for offers, purchases must be made on qualifying Lost Universe products. Qualifying products include merchandise on the Lost Universe site only, and at the price stated at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are not included when redeeming offers.
  • We are not responsible for offers lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity.
  • We reserve the right to change the Club programme offers, how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other programme activity.  We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the programme and/or for any given number or types of rewards or offers you may receive or earn at any given time or for the duration of the programme, and/or any combination thereof. 
  • Offers can only be redeemed on the Lost Universe site, unless otherwise noted by Lost Universe.
  • If you have concerns that a purchase or other activity was not properly applied to your account, you should contact Lost Universe Customer Services

 

REFERRAL PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our referral programme operates in partnership with Talkable. Please see below the terms and conditions for the referral programme. These terms and conditions form part of the Lost Universe Club Terms & Conditions. By agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing to the Talkable Referral Programme terms and conditions.

  • Talkable (“we” or “Talkable”) offers customers (“you” or “Advocates”) of Lost Universe (“the Merchant”) the opportunity to refer friends (“Friends”) to try the Merchant’s goods or services (“Merchant’s Services”) (“Talkable Referral Program” or “Program”).
  • These terms apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a referrer (“Advocate”) and a friend (“Friend”) referred to the Merchant’s Services.
  • By participating in the Program, Advocates and Friends agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorised to register as an Advocate or Friend or participate in the Program in any manner.
  • We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate this Agreement if you do not wish to be bound by any such amendments but by continuing to use our website or the Program you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.

Referrals and Rewards

  • The offer is subject to a minimum spend of £40.
  • There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.
  • Rewards must be claimed before the expiration of codes.
  • Lost Universe reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Advocate at any time.
  • Lost Universe reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
  • Lost Universe reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to prevent any individual from participating in this or future promotions.
  • Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash.
  • This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.

Data Processing

  • Lost Universe permits Talkable to collect PII data (can include but not limited to name, email address, IP address, and shipping address through shopping cart integration) in order to successfully manage the referral program.
  • Talkable will collect, process and store customer’s PII data.
  • Talkable may pass customer PII data to third-party vendors only for the necessity of carrying out the referral program. Talkable will only pass PII data to third-party vendors agreed to by Lost Universe. These third-party vendors will not contact the customer and are not permitted to pass customer PII data to any other vendors.

Removal from Referral Program

If a customer wishes to be removed from the referral program, they can do so by contacting: support@talkable.com

 

PRIVACY

  • By signing up to the Lost Universe Club membership programme you agree to receive emails relating specifically to the programme. You also agree to receive our newsletter email. You can change your preferences here or unsubscribe at any time.
  • By participating in the programme, you are agreeing to the Lost Universe Terms & Conditions. For further information relating to how we process and use your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  • By signing up to our membership programme, we will need to collect, hold, use and disclose information about you in connection with your account, rewards and offers. Information will include certain personal information and transaction information relating to orders and requests for rewards and offers.

We will use this information for purposes of our membership programme to provide and market rewards and offers to you, including the products and offers of our service providers and other third parties.

We may disclose this information to others in connection to our loyalty program including to:

  1. Our service providers and agents engaged for the purpose of the administration provision of services relating to our membership programme and the promotion of the programme and available rewards and offers.
  2. Reward providers including third parties engaged for the purposes of performing other services in connection with our rewards programme including the provision of a reward.

 

We treat all personal information with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may also use or disclose your personal information to let you know about rewards, offers and news relating to our membership programme electronically e.g. email, SMS, and social media. We will act with your best interests in mind to communicate news to you, and you can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive our marketing. We will process this request as soon as practicable.

 

TERMINATION

  • Lost Universe reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Lost Universe Club membership programme at any time.
  • Lost Universe reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or cancel Lost Universe Club membership accounts without notice, for any conduct that we believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our membership programme.

LOST UNIVERSE x ORIGINAL STORMTROOPER BEER COLLABORATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Age restrictions on offer: This reward is only available for residents of the UK of at least 18 years of age. Do not claim this reward if you are younger than 18 and/or not resident in the UK. Restrictions apply in the UK to the supply of alcohol. Alcohol can only be purchased by, and for, individuals aged 18 and over. By placing an order for these products you confirm that you (and, if different, the recipient of the product) satisfy the age requirements necessary to buy that product.
  • This reward can only be claimed once per Club member.
  • The reward of x2 free Original Stormtrooper Beers applies only when the following conditions are met:
    • The individual claiming the x2 free Original Stormtrooper Beers has only one Lost Universe Club account. The member does not have another Lost Universe Club account using an alternative name, email, address or other identifier.
    • The Club member qualifies for the x2 free Original Stormtrooper Beers reward by making a qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase must have a minimum order value of £10.00 (excluding delivery charges). This minimum value must be met even if/when applying any discount codes.
    • The Club member is a resident of the UK of at least 18 years of age. Claiming this offer is subject to these age requirements specified by law. We are not permitted by law to supply these products to individuals who do not satisfy these age requirements and, if you are underage (under 18 years of age), you must not attempt to claim this reward or order these products on the Lost Universe site.
    • When placing an order of x2 free Original Stormtrooper Beers, the member will be asked to confirm that they are aged 18 or over. By confirming their age, the member confirms that they (and, if different, the recipient of the product) satisfy the age requirements necessary to buy that product.
