Lost Universe Gift Card FAQ's

The Lost Universe Gift Card is available in £10, £20, £25, £30, £40 & £50 and gives you the opportunity to get a gift when you are stuck for what to get someone. Gift Cards are issued via email using an electronic voucher code which can then be redeemed in the Checkout to buy any product on www.lostuniverse.com.

How to purchase a Lost Universe Gift Card

You can simply select the voucher for the amount you wish to purchase and “Add to basket”, then continue to the checkout to complete the transaction. If you wish to order more than one gift card you will need to increase the item quantity on the product or basket page. For vouchers with different values you will need manually add each voucher to the basket. You are also able to add other products at the same time you purchase the Lost Universe Gift Card(s).

How will I receive purchased Gift Card(s)?

Once you have completed the transaction and it has been processed you will receive an email containing the electronic voucher code(s) to the email address that your confirmation email was also sent to. Please note: If you have ordered more than one Gift Card you will receive an email per voucher.

How do I send the intended recipient?

Once you have received the email containing the link to the Gift Card you can either forward the email directly onto the intended recipient or print off the voucher and give it to them, or note down the voucher code which will need to be added to the basket at the time of redemption.

How do I redeem my Lost Universe Gift Card?

Simply shop the fandom world that is Lost Universe! Once you have added your favourite memorabilia to your basket and are ready to purchase go through to the check out page (located on the basket page) and add the voucher code into the “Gift Card & Voucher Code” box under the listed items in your basket and click “Apply” the voucher value will be removed from your basket value. If your Gift card value is higher than your purchase the remaining value will remain on the gift card for you to use on another purchase.

Can Lost Universe Gift Cards also be used with another discount?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment and so can be used in conjunction with a discount/ discount code.

Can I check the balance of your gift card?

No, but if you contact our customer service team help@lostuniverse.com, they can investigate this for you. Please note: we do work as hard as possible to come back to all of our customers within a timely manner, please allow for a delay in coming back to your enquiry.

What happens with refunded items that were purchased with a Lost Universe Gift Card?

All Lost Universe orders are refunded via the same method of payment they were purchased with. For orders that are made this a gift card and then the balance will be refunded onto the same voucher you originally purchased the item with.

What to do in the case of a lost Gift Card.

Please ask the purchaser to contact us on help@lostuniverse.com and one of our helpful customer service team members will come back to you with a resolve.

Risk and Loss

The risk of loss and title for a Lost Universe Gift Card shall pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Lost Universe Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Fraud

We will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.lostuniverse.com.

Can I return my Lost Universe Gift Card?

Lost Universe Gift Card cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. The value of the Gift Card cannot be converted back to cash.
