Lost Universe Club T&C's
The Lost Universe Club is a free membership program which rewards you for interacting with Lost Universe. Collect "Bolts" by engaging with Lost Universe in a variety of ways and use your earned “Bolts” to get unique rewards, discounts, money off, free shipping and much more!
- To earn “Bolts” users must register for a Lost Universe Club Rewards Program account. To create an account click here.
- Purchases made using guest checkout will not add “Bolts” to a users account, please ensure you are signed in to earn your “Bolts” for every purchase. Lost Universe cannot add on “Bolts” post purchase.
- “Bolts” awarded for purchases are pending and will be approved 14 days after purchase. Any “Bolts” accrued from purchases that are later returned will be automatically removed from your account.
- Once you reach a redeemable number of “Bolts”, Rewards will be made available for users to redeem in their account.
- “Bolts” hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Users cannot collect multiple “Bolts” for performing the same action, such as, following us on social media.
- Purchases of gift cards, and purchases made using gift cards do not qualify for “Bolts”.
- Delivery charges are not included when calculating your earned “Bolts”. You do not earn “Bolts” from the delivery charges.
- When redeeming “Bolts”, the delivery fee will not be included in the discount given.
- “Bolts” are valid for 12 months, if users do not spend accrued “Bolts” in a 12-month period, their “Bolts” balance will be reset to 0.
- A users initial 12-month period begins on the day the user joins the Lost Universe Club Rewards Program.
TIERS & REWARDS
- Tiers are determined by spending. As users ascend the tiers, they will be able to redeem the “Bolts” earned from their actions for a wider array of Rewards.
- Tier status is evaluated 12 months after entering a new tier.
- Tier status is maintained by registered Lost Universe Club Rewards Program members who meet the set Tier spend requirements in the following 12 months after entering a tier.
- If the spending requirement is not met in the 12 months following the date of tier entry, the user would be reassigned to their relevant tier based on their spend during the past 12 months.

- By signing up to the Lost Universe Club Rewards Program Rewards Program you agree to receive emails relating specifically to the program. These emails are designed to include content relating to your rewards, your “Bolts” balance and news relating to the program. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Lost Universe reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the Lost Universe Club Rewards Program Rewards Program, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our Loyalty Programme. We also reserve the right to revoke “Bolts” if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the Loyalty Programme in any way.
